Final thoughts:

Pros:  Large explosion, roughly one chunk in size.  Majority of resources preserved.

Cons:  No countdown to escape.  Very expensive (roughly the cost of 8x diamonds and 1x TNT per use).  Only minor damage to structures in the vicinity of the explosion.

Results:  Negative.  Production cost outweighs benefits.

It's a good thing this is far away!

I discovered a massive Tainted biome in my Natural Magic world on Minecraft.  It's a long way from my home, but this is still worrying.

This is a party boat I found on ArcheAge.  It has a larger space than Goldshire in World of Warcraft, it looks like.

Why must a mod so awesome be so freaky?

Well, this is unexpected.

I have no idea what this is.  I just started the Natural Magic modpack from AT Launcher, and this is just a short distance from the cave I've claimed as my home.

I Love Modded Minecraft

Playing with the Minecraft mod Botania today, and I decided to fight its boss monster, the Gaia Guardian.  I wish I'd got a screenshot during the fight but I was too busy not dying, because it hits like a TRUCK, even with enchanted armor and a Notch Apple's regeneration and absorption buffs.  I did, however, finally get to craft the mod's flight tiara, and chose a probably very familiar wing for its appearance.
